We have three choices of sauce – Tangy, Spicy, and Sweet. They taste exactly how they sound!
Essentially all four Bigs in one order – 1/2 rack of ribs, 1/2 lbs. brisket, 1/2 lbs pulled pork, 1/2 chicken, 4 regular sides, 4 rolls, and a dessert.

We smoke whole chickens in order to serve the juiciest and richest bird possible. We recommend the sweet sauce.
Before we put the bone-in pork shoulder in the smoker we remove the fat cap and trim as much fat as possible to create the perfect consistency. After smoking for 8 hours the meat is hand-pulled, never chopped. We recommend the tangy sauce.

It’s all about the roast beef. Made from scratch by Urban Provisions and pulled high with smoked Gouda, horseradish sauce, caramelized onions and cheese. dreamy.

To put it simply, we’re proud of our mac ‘n’ cheese. We don’t cook it until you order it and it’s served in the skillet it’s baked in. There are three cheeses; Smoked Gouda, Parmesan, Cheddar. And if that isn’t enough we throw in some Prosciutto and top it with a crispy bread crumb topping. Definitely a house favorite.
