March Seasonal Menu: Savory Spring
Savory menu items take center stage this month as we feature homemade beer cheese dip, spicy chicken gumbo, and cheesy cheddar grits on our seasonal menu. End your meal on a sweet note with a combination of seasonal fruit, caramel, and cream, with a crisp!
STARTER: Beer Cheese Dip – Warm and gooey cheddar cheese blended with IPA-style craft beer. Served with corn chips for dipping.
MAIN DISH: Chicken and Kielbasa Gumbo – Our smoked chicken and kielbasa are the stars of this Cajun classic. We add okra green bell peppers and white rice and flavor it with our pork rub and hot sauce for a little kick.
SIDE: Cheddar Grits – Southern-style grits with just the right amount of cheddar cheese to add a little sharp flavor.
DESSERT: Mango Caramel Tart – A unique treat with fresh, in-season mango baked in caramel sauce atop a graham cracker crust. We add our homemade vanilla ice cream and a cinnamon puff pastry on the side.
